Use of the site
You agree to use Macfolio lawfully and respectfully. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, abuse forms, or submit misleading content.
Submissions and content
When you submit listings or requests, you confirm that you have the right to share that content. Macfolio may review, edit, reject, or remove submissions at its discretion.
Third-party listings and affiliation
Macfolio aggregates and curates products, tools, and resources discovered across the web. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Macfolio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the owners of listed products and services.
You are responsible for reviewing any third-party terms, policies, pricing, and practices before using an external product. Macfolio is not responsible for third-party product behavior, security, availability, content, or outcomes.
Analytics
Macfolio uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand traffic and improve product decisions. According to Vercel's documentation, analytics is privacy-focused and does not rely on third-party cookies.
- Page-level activity, URLs, referrers, and filtered query parameters may be collected.
- Approximate location (country/region/city), OS, browser, and device type may be processed.
- Vercel reports aggregated and anonymized metrics for traffic insights.
- Visitors are identified by a request hash that resets after 24 hours.
We use these metrics to operate and improve Macfolio, monitor quality, and understand what content is most useful. We do not use analytics data to build cross-site user profiles.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of Macfolio after changes means you accept the revised terms.
